Choose Your Ring Tutorial

Welcome to The Right Ring’s engagement ring registry! Registering is fast, safe and easy. By clicking on the Register Now button at the end of the page, you’ll be walked through the following steps you’ll need to complete to register:

Register:
Enter your name, your birthday, your email, his name, his birthday and his zip code. Entering his email address is always optional…we will need it if you want us to send him an email letting him know you are registered (see option 6). Why do we want a few facts about him? He must enter this information in order to access your ring registry - we only want your guy viewing your registry!

Selecting your ring preferences

You will make selections from each of the following options. Feel free to make more than one selection within a particular option. This is a good idea if you can’t decide between a Round or a Princess cut diamond! You can leave him any message you desire in Option 5, like more specifics about your ring preference, a sweet ‘love note,’ or you can skip this and any option all together.

Option 1--Choose the shape of diamond you prefer:
Round, Asscher, Oval, Emerald, Marquis, Princess, Pear, Heart, Radiant, Cushion, Other

Other

Choosing “Other” gives you the option of entering another diamond shape or gemstone. You may want to enter “heirloom” if you have a stone already. You can give more specifics in Option 5, such as call my mom for help!

Option 2--Choose a metal for your setting:
Platinum, Yellow Gold, White Gold, Platinum or White Gold, Other

Option 3--Choose a setting style:
Solitaire, Setting with side stones, Setting with gemstones, 3 stone ring, Other

Other

To give him more guidance regarding your ring setting and style, choose one of the following or skip this section:

Modern/Contemporary, Vintage Style, Traditional/Classic, Other

Option 4--What is your ring size?
We highly recommend you have your finger measured on site by one of our Sponsored Jewelers for the most accurate measurement, (see Store Locator). To input a size right away, use this widely used home measurement technique.

Option 5—Message Box:
Leave a message for him here!

Option 6--Enter his email address:
We can send him an email letting him know you may be registered with The Right Ring. You will choose from one of five subject lines. The first three will include your name, the second two will not. Keep in mind, he is much more likely to open the email if your name appears. Upon opening the email, he'll see the subject line repeated and an invitation to visit The Right Ring. As with any of the above options, you may skip this one as well.
